How do I Register to Bid?
Bidder Registration
There are three ways to bid at our auction. You can select any of the bidding services we offer below.
If you are new to auctions or just want to watch one live, you can view it by clicking the link on our homepage on the day of the auction.
Telephone Bidding
You can bid during the auction when your lot is offered in real-time or have us assist you during the day.
Internet Bidding
Using the EIG (Essential Information Group) passport system, you will be directed to a portal to enter your bids in real-time on the lot you are interested in using a phone, tablet, or computer.
Proxy Bidding
A proxy bid may be helpful with a fixed budget. Before the auction, you submit your maximum bid to the property auctioneer, who will try to win that lot for you when offered at the lowest price possible.
Here is How it Works on the Day
Telephone Bidding
An AuctionLee team member will contact you just before the lot is offered. They will relay your bids to the auctioneer as the bidding progresses. Register to bid before or during the auction, but always before the lot is offered.
Internet Bidding
Before or during the auction, you must register on our partner’s passport system. Once the registration is complete, you are ready to bid. From here, you can bid on any property using this online platform.
Proxy Bidding
You will instruct the proxy bid during the bidder registration process. Then, you can leave the rest to us. Either the auctioneer or an experienced member of the AHL team will bid on your behalf up to the amount that you have stipulated.
